I recently hired A J Duct Cleaning to clean the HVAC ducting in my home after the fire in Altadena. After their visit, when we turned the system back on, we noticed the air was not circulating properly. To be safe, I contacted another company to inspect the system. During their inspection, they discovered that the return ducting had popped loose. It could have happened during the cleaning or possibly from plumbing work we had done a few months earlier.

I reached out to the owner, Annette, to explain what we found and let her know something may have happened during the visit. She was incredibly professional, understanding, and responsive. Without hesitation, she took responsibility and covered the cost of the repair.

I have worked with many service companies over the years, but it is rare to find someone with the level of honesty, accountability, and professionalism that Annette showed. Her willingness to stand behind her work truly says a lot about her and her company.
