Power Washing Service
Power Washing Service
Commercial power washing is the process of using high powered water, to clean surfaces such as building siding, walkways, parking lots, and fences. It dissolves the link between the surface and the dirt removing mold, mildew, grime, gum, algae, rust and oil. It uses commercial grade equipment such as truck mount pressure washer, airless sprayers, scrubbers, and deodorizers. Whether you own a small retail shop, a restaurant, or a large office building, power washing is an important part of keeping your building looking its best. Regular power washing also helps to protect your building from the elements, ensuring it stands the test of time.

What Is Commercial Power Washing?
Commercial power washing is the process of using high powered water to clean surfaces such as building siding, walkways, parking lots and fences. It dissolves the link between the surface and the dirt, removing mold, mildew, grime, gum, algae, rust and oil.
The work uses commercial grade equipment: truck mount pressure washers, airless sprayers, scrubbers and deodorizers.
Why It Is Part of Building Upkeep
Whether you own a small retail shop, a restaurant or a large office building, power washing is an important part of keeping the building looking its best. The exterior is the first thing a customer sees, and it is the part of the property that weathers fastest.
Regular power washing also helps protect the building from the elements, so surfaces stand the test of time rather than being restored after damage.
Surfaces We Are Asked About Most
Commonly requested for:
- Building siding and exterior walls
- Walkways, entrances and sidewalks
- Parking lots and parking structures
- Fences and exterior boundaries
- Dumpster pads and service areas
- Concrete where gum, oil or algae has built up
Planning the Visit
We have many different crews that handle different services, each specializing in a specific service, so the crew that arrives for power washing does this work regularly. Tell us the surfaces and the access when you book.
If the property also needs duct or gutter work, say so when you call. We offer discounts for doing multiple services at a time.
What You See at the End
We take before and after pictures on every job. On exterior work the difference is usually obvious, and the photographs give you a dated record for the property file.
We guarantee all of our work and we never cut corners.
