ManTech seeks a Test Engineer to help support our current Marine Corps Systems Command, Program Manager Intelligence & Cyber Operations Contract in Stafford, VA.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Spearhead the design, development, and implementation of innovative test automation frameworks and strategies for complex tactical intelligence collection, processing, and
dissemination equipment.
Analyze system requirements and design specifications to develop comprehensive test plans, procedures, and cases covering functional, performance, and security aspects.
Champion the integration of digital engineering principles and tools into the testing process, including model-based testing, automated test generation, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
Establish and maintain traceability between system requirements, test cases, and performance metrics to ensure complete test coverage and provide objective evidence for system acceptance.
Conduct various types of testing, including but not limited to integration testing, system testing, regression testing, and performance testing, utilizing both manual and automated techniques
Support the Engineering Change Proposal process by reviewing proposals, assessing their impact on system testability, and participating in Change Review Board/Configuration Control Board activities
Develop and maintain test environments, including hardware, software, and simulated systems, to closely mirror real-world operational scenarios.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years of related automated test engineering experience. Additional 2 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
Experience with various testing tools and techniques, including but not limited to Selenium, Cucumber, JMeter, and LoadRunner
Familiarity with digital engineering principles and tools, such as model-based systems engineering (MBSE) and SysML
Experience in establishing and maintaining traceability between requirements, test cases, and performance metric
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of DoD/USMC garrison and tactical environments
Experience with tactical intelligence systems and technologies
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
DAU Engineering (or related field) Level I or higher certification
DoDD 8140/8570 compliance and certification
Agile Scrum Master certification
Prior military intelligence experience (enlisted or officer)
Clearance Required :
Must have an Active TS/SCI
