Superintendent - Façade Restoration & Roofing

A well-established NYC-based roofing and façade restoration contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee school renovation projects and NYCHRA work throughout the five boroughs. Specializing in exterior envelope work, this company is known for delivering high-quality craftsmanship on local-level public projects.
Responsibilities:Manage daily on-site operations for roofing and façade restoration projects
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality specifications
Coordinate schedules, materials, and labor to maintain project timelines
Act as a key point of contact between field teams, project managers, and clients
Conduct site inspections and enforce quality control protocols
Resolve field challenges with a proactive, hands-on approach
5+ years of experience in a superintendent or foreman role within commercial roofing or façade restoration
Prior experience on Department of Education (DOE) and/or NYCHRA projects highly preferred
Strong understanding of roofing systems and façade components such as masonry, lintels, and parapets
OSHA 30 certification required
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
