The Role: A Reputation Management Team Leader & Lead Strategist at RMC will be a proactive client-focused leader building impactful strategies, providing unsurpassed client relations, and executing successful reputation management campaigns across many verticals. The ideal candidate meets or beats deadlines, stays ahead of trends, and always looks for new ways to solve problems. Must have a minimum of two to three years of experience as a project manager or account executive, managing a small team of analysts, with strong communication, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and reporting to clients are as important as achieving results. Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day account responsibilities of clients. Stay current on reputation management, social media, SEO, and digital trends; implement strategies to meet and exceed client expectations. Supervise and mentor staff. Produce monthly reports demonstrating the value of services. Develop and implement campaign strategies. Communicate confidently with clients. Identify and participate in new business opportunities. Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Knowledge of SEO best practices and Google ranking factors; managing organic campaigns is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines. Maintain confidentiality. Work autonomously after briefings. Experience in fast-paced, results-oriented environments. Creative thinking and strategic brand management skills. Set and manage client expectations. Experience managing small teams and vendors. Excellent writing and editing skills. Basic Public Relations knowledge. Strong time management and organizational skills.
