• Accurately open new accounts and service existing accounts
• Promote and cross sell products and services based on customer need.
• Provide exceptional service that is consistent with or exceeds bank standards of excellence.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely, professional and consistent manner.
• Perform outbound calling function to generate sales and increase cross-sell and retention. Qualifications:
• Prior banking/teller experience
• Solid sales experience with a track record of success in offering banking products
• Warm lead generation
• Personal banking experience; 2 plus years preferred
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or GED required; College degree preferred
• Open availability including weekends is required.
