Job Title: Office Administrator

Location (City, State): 80219

Compensation: $21-$25 /hr

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Work Style: 100% in-office

Contract: 90–120 days (contract-to-hire. Potential to become permanent)

Addison Group is partnering with a reputable organization in the Denver area to find an experienced and dependable Office Administrator. This is a high-visibility, front-office role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage day-to-day operations.

Job Description:

The Office Administrator will serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, providing critical administrative support to internal teams and external contacts. This is a fully on-site position located in an industrial-style office environment. The role is contract-based, with potential for long-term opportunities depending on performance and company restructuring efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and manage front office reception duties, including handling incoming calls and emails.
  • Process and organize credit card receipts, support invoice submissions.
  • Collaborate with the service department to facilitate communication with vendors, customers, and field technicians.
  • Follow up with vendors regarding order shipments and delivery statuses.
  • Assist with order logistics and billing review for technicians in the field.
  • Complete ad-hoc administrative tasks and support special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office coordinator role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word).
