Responsibilities Handle day-to-day ocean import or export shipments. Pre-alert agent and shipper; organize documentation; follow up with steamship lines; maintain reports. Ensure receipt of all required documents; send final documents. File relevant documentation for shipments. Arrange pick-ups, deliveries, and container loading. Maintain customer service updates, including cargo tracking. Set up billing and payables. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications Commitment to customer service with effective communication skills. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Practical problem-solving and decision-making skills. Minimum high school diploma or GED. 2 years experience in international freight forwarding logistics operations. 2 years customer service experience.
