**?** **Now Hiring: Welders (Temp-to-Hire)** ? **Location:** Pomona, Ca ? **Hours:** 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. | ? **Pay:** $28+/hr. ? **Status:** Temp-to-Hire ???? **Employer:** Kelly Services ? **Start Date:** Immediate openings **About the Role:** Kelly Services is seeking skilled **Welder's** candidates for a reputable client. In this advanced welding role, you'll work independently or lead others on a variety of welding tasks using TIG and MIG processes. You'll weld stainless steel and sheet metal (16-18 gauge) and must be comfortable with structural welding up to 6". **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform TIG and MIG welding (Fluxcore is a plus) + Read and interpret blueprints and welding specs + Use hand, power, electric, and air tools + Weld in vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions + Work with stainless steel, sheet metal, and structural components + Operate plasma machine, forklift, pallet jack, and hoist + May guide and check the work of junior welders + Track jobs using Made2Manage (M2M) system + Assemble subassemblies as needed **Qualifications:** + 3+ years' experience as a Welder + Strong knowledge of TIG required, some MIG experience needed + Experience with structural welding + Ability to read a tape measure and interpret technical drawings + Forklift, hoist, and pallet jack experience preferred **Work Environment & Physical Demands:** + Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and handle frequent standing, sitting, fine motor handling, and near visual acuity + Work involves stooping, crouching, reaching, and working in various positions + Must use proper body mechanics and adhere to safety protocols **Ready to Weld Your Future with Us?** Apply now to join an industry leader and grow your career.
