Job Summary:

Are you a skilled Machinist ready for a new challenge? We're seeking a talented Hot Stamp/Machinist to join our growing team! This is more than just a job — it's an opportunity to showcase your machining expertise in a role that values precision, craftsmanship, and problem-solving. This role will ensure smooth production operations through the effective use of skilled equipment and adherence to workplace safety practices.

What You'll Do:

You will be responsible for hot stamping our injection-molded waste bins and custom packaging solutions. You will manufacture mounting plates for various hot stamp sizes and assist with mold version changes.

  • Operate shop equipment, including milling machines, band saws, and drill presses.
  • Safely utilize a variety of powered and non-powered hand tools.
  • Train and operate a forklift as needed and manage an overhead crane in accordance with OSHA standards.
  • Complete assigned work orders promptly, accurately, and with pride.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
  • Identify and report the need for spare or replacement parts to ensure smooth operations.
  • Be available for overtime work when required and maintain consistent punctuality.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and expand technical expertise.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Minimum one year of experience working with machine shop equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing workloads and meet deadlines effectively.
