Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Potential for Overtime) Pay Rate: $23/hour Duration: Long-term temp, up to 1 year Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Machine Assembler to perform complex machine assembly tasks. This role involves using your technical expertise to build sub-assemblies and work on improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:Execute complex assembly tasks. Accurately measure in both inch and metric units. Utilize blueprints, part lists, and hydraulic and pneumatic schematics. Trouble-shoot and resolve assembly issues. Enhance productivity, efficiency, and working conditions. Maintain a tidy and organized work area. Work overtime as required to meet project deadlines. Attend relevant meetings and implement decisions. Adhere to company rules and support SYNCHRO principles. Follow TRUMPF Quality Standards (TQS). Engage in the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP). Experience Required:At least 2 years in machine tool assembly or 5 years in manufacturing machine tool parts, maintenance, or service. Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted and performing repetitive reaching and bending. Proficient in reading schematics and blueprints. Familiarity with documentation, drawings, and part lists. Experience with electrical wiring assembly and computer skills is a plus. Forklift operation experience is an advantage.
