Job Description

At Chick-fil-A, the Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Team Members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

Part-time team member closing or weekday lunches 3x per week starting at $15/hr with up to $16.50/hr once fully trained. Full-time team member starting at $15.75/hr with up to $17.25/hr once fully trained. $18.90/hr full-time team leader. $17.85/hr part-time team leader. $12/hr non-closing part-time. $9/hr under 16 years old. *MUST BE 16+ YEARS OLD TO WORK IN THE KITCHEN*  Pay rate is based upon availability during the school year, not summer months. We do not hire for seasonal work only.
