Executive Assistant to CEO $80K-$85K

A prestigious private consulting firm is immediately interviewing for a talented and energetic C-suite Executive Assistant to join their collaborative Dallas team. In this high-visibility position, you will be a true thought partner to the firm's founder, proactively managing special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO, mastering her calendar, and expertly negotiating her time. You will also assist with coordinating events and travel while corresponding on the CEO's behalf with their esteemed clients.

Qualifications;

• 3 years of experience supporting innovative C-Level Executives
• Experience in a high-growth, start-up environment is highly preferred
• Superb communication skills, both written and verbal (with an eagle eye for grammar and spelling)
• Experience in heavy calendar scheduling, intricate travel arrangements, and managing multiple competing priorities with strategy and in a C-suite mindset
• Ability to thrive in an ultra-fast-paced environment, applying impeccable organization and prioritization skills
• Love for new technologies and how to apply them to produce more effective and efficient systems
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is strongly preferred
