We are seeking an experienced performance marketing professional to lead a team of PPC Managers in onboarding, restructuring, and scaling Amazon PPC accounts with an annual budget exceeding $15 million. As a fast-paced e-retailer and manufacturer, we value hard work, innovation, and a fun work environment within our family of proprietary brands. You will be comfortable wearing many hats, owning your work, and collaborating with stakeholders. An excellent understanding of search algorithms and shopper behavior on Amazon and other marketplaces is essential. You should be proficient in Excel and our proprietary reporting tools to analyze data and strategize campaigns effectively across various sales channels, primarily Amazon. Duties & Responsibilities : Manage Amazon Sponsored Products campaigns for proper setup and ongoing optimization to maximize efficiency. Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve visibility and ranking. Guide the marketing team on keyword bidding strategies. Ensure paid search KPIs such as ACOS, TACOS, CPC, ROAS, and CTR meet or exceed targets. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to meet traffic, revenue, ad spend, and ROI goals. Education & Knowledge : Bachelor's degree or higher in economics, computer science, mathematics, marketing, or related fields. At least 6 years of experience in paid search, preferably in e-commerce or direct response marketing. Proven success in managing Amazon PPC campaigns. Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics to interpret traffic and user behavior. Ability to analyze large datasets and make data-driven decisions. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience with A/B and multivariate testing, with documented outcomes. Ability to collaborate effectively with marketers, product managers, and engineers. Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently on multiple projects. Skills & Abilities : Knowledge of current SEO practices and reporting. 2-4 years of success in managing and leading teams is preferred. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
