Job Overview :

We are seeking a motivated Commercial Roof Sales Assistant Trainee to join our dynamic sales team. This full-time, semi-remote role is perfect for an enthusiastic individual eager to learn the roofing industry, develop sales skills, and build lasting client relationships. No prior roofing experience is required—we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Work directly with the owner as an Assistant sales representatives in generating leads, preparing proposals, and closing commercial roofing contracts.
  • Make calls and develop leads and opportunities.
  • Learn how to manage projects and run crews.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person client consultations to assess roofing needs (local travel within the front range areas is required).
  • Learn and promote our specialty commercial roofing systems to clients.
  • Support sales team with CRM updates, scheduling, and follow-up communications.
  • Participate in hands-on training, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and local building codes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and long-term client relationships.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college or sales experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working independently and in a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local client visits.
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, email); CRM experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work semi-remotely with reliable internet and a quiet workspace.
  • Willingness to learn about commercial roofing materials and industry standards.
