Buyer

Essential Duties:

  • Analyze MRP data and convert system recommendations into purchase orders.
  • Maintain accurate records and update ERP/MRP system data as required.
  • Issue and manage purchase orders through the ERP/ SAP system.
  • Communicate with internal and external parties to ensure clarity in expectations and order fulfillment.
  • Track order status and expedite deliveries when needed to support production schedules.
  • Monitor and optimize inventory levels and lead times to prevent shortages, overstock, and aging situations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in a Buyer or Procurement role is preferred.
  • Bilingual—fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken is desired.
  • Strong organizational, communicational, and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word)
