Banner Scottsdale Sports Medicine is a three-story, 80,000-square-foot center welcoming and serving athletes at all levels, from youth to professionals. Our comprehensive, one-stop destination offers numerous sports medicine services and specialists under one roof, with internationally and nationally renowned sports medicine providers and leaders. Services include orthopedic surgery, primary care sports medicine, concussion care, ambulatory surgery center, physical therapy, medical imaging, performance assessment and training, strength and conditioning, sports nutrition, and sports psychology.
As an Athlete Services Liaison with the High Performance Center (HPC), you will manage the reception area, coordinate the entrance and exit of athletes, clients and teams, direct tours, take and direct incoming calls, assist with social media duties, and other daily operational tasks. In addition, you will assist with the management of the scheduling and billing platform employed by the HPC. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow professionally at our state of the art facility, while making a positive difference in the lives of patients and athletes.
This is a part-time position working 20 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 4pm - 8pm and Saturday, 8am - 12pm. Your pay and benefits are important components of your journey at Banner Health. POSITION SUMMARY This position assists with providing concierge service to patients, provides a high level of customer service to assist way finding. Acts as a local resource to visitors and ensures a pleasurable and safe environment for patients and guests.
CORE FUNCTIONS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge. Must have the ability to handle ongoing face-to-face contact with patients, guests and staff. Must possess excellent oral communication, as well as listening skills to effectively interact pleasantly and calmly with patients, guests and staff.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
