Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to S2P performance, adoption, and compliance. Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Change Management teams to support successful deployment and training on procurement systems and processes. Enable and enforce policy compliance through governance frameworks and intake-to-pay controls.
