As an Accounting Manager on our Implementation Team, you’ll play a critical role in onboarding new clients and integrating accounting systems with accuracy, insight, and care. You will oversee implementation projects, collaborating with clients and internal teams to define project scope, set timelines, and ensure smooth execution. Your ability to lead through complexity, drive process improvements, and coach team members will be essential in ALC’s mission to Wow professionally and CARE personally .
You will provide oversight to junior accountants, ensuring quality output, continuous improvement, and alignment with client goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about developing people and systems. Targeted range for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 annually.
How We Determine What We Pay
As a fully remote employer, ALC determines pay for positions using national and industry-specific survey data. Our posted salary range is based on national data.
For new hires, we strive to make competitive offers allowing the new employee room for future growth. Salaries will be based on the applicant’s level of experience, education, and specialized knowledge and skills. Additionally, we consider the external market rate, the amount we have budgeted internally, and internal equity within the company for the same position. An employee/candidate with a stronger skill set will receive higher pay.
