100% Work from Home - Litigation Attorney (Defense)

This position offers a fully remote work environment for licensed attorneys in California with at least 2+ years of experience in insurance defense or general liability litigation.

Job Details

• Title: Litigation Attorney - General Liability/Insurance Defense
• Location: 100% Remote, must be licensed in CA
• Salary Range: $160,000 - $200,000 per year
• Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level
• Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

1. Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
2. Prepare legal briefs and documents.
3. Advise clients on legal liabilities and risks.
4. Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, depositions, and hearings.
5. Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations.
6. Negotiate settlements.
7. Communicate with opposing counsel.
8. Stay updated on legal developments.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• 3+ years of litigation experience in General Liability/Insurance Defense.
• Strong legal research, writing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently.
